HP OmniStudio X 31.5 inch All-in-One Desktop Next Gen AI PC 32-c1000 (A32K0AV)

I’ve been dealing with HP Customer Support for over three weeks now regarding (edited), and the experience has been nothing short of infuriating. I’ve spent countless hours troubleshooting with an agent, and even sent my computer back for repair—yet the issue remains unresolved. Today, I tried calling again, only to be left on hold for over an hour with no response.  As a long-time HP customer—with multiple HP computers and printers—I’m shocked by how abysmal the support has become. I’ve tried reaching a supervisor, but that seems impossible. Even the chat system is useless; no one replies, and I’ve saved the transcript to escalate this to HP management.
The core issue is that my OmniStudio goes into sleep mode and won’t wake up. I get five beeps, and now my computer won’t even recognize my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283FDW printer. I paid $1,600 for a machine that has never worked properly, and HP Support has been completely unresponsive.
Frankly, I’m at a loss. This level of service is unacceptable, and I’m extremely disappointed in HP.
