Yes, your system is upgradable
5 different CPUs
up to 32gb ram as shown in motherboard spec

I was unable to find a picture of it on HP web but there is a BAKER motherboard pic on ebay.
Expansion slots may already be occupied depending on your specific model.
At some point all system become "maxed out" even with unlimited budget.
Your system spec shows the standard 310 watt power supply. That is the first limit.
I suspect adding any higher performance GTX or RTX card will require upgrade of power supply and better cooling
What is your current system spec?

you might find what is currently available.
Some ideas: Blu-ray player/recorder and DVDfab ripping software
Second monitor and stand for the pair.
Entry level network attached storage such as Synology
Cheap Wi-FI "critter" or "spy" camera and Blue Iris software.
You can do a lot with the system you have and the items listed above can be moved to a newer model in the future.
