HP Pavilion 21 Windows 7 reinstall, USB 3.0 ports not working. In device manager, USB Controller shows as needing drivers installed. Windows Update won't find them, and the chipset drivers on HPs website for this model will not install, saying my system doesn't meet minimum requirements. I installed the 64-bit version of Windows 7. The ports will power, but not recognize a device in Windows.

Hi:
This driver will install the USB 3 controllers: 1st file listed on the webpage. Install and restart the PC.
