hello everyone, Im trying to upgrade my RAM for my All In One PC
HP Pavilion 24 All-in-One PC
HP Pavilion 24-k0034 Bundle PC (1K0E7AA)
I messed up and ordered the wrong RAM. I thought i read this PC can upgrade to 32GB Ram on 2- 16gb cards. Tonight i read only 16gb ram. can someone tell me what ram my pc really can handle (i want to max the ram upgrade) and if anyone has the manual for this PC id greatly appreciate it. Right now it has:
12GB Ram 3200mhz
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400T CPU @ 2.00GHz 2.00 GHz
Also, while i have your attention, can anyone tell me if i can upgrade my graphics card? i Do graphics software work like paint shop pro
i have Intel UHD Graphics 630 right now
Thank you so much, Shelly

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Actually, even though HP's specs say that 16GB RAM is this AIO's RAM ceiling, other reputable sources state that an HP Pavilion 24-k0034 All-in-One could handle up to 2x32GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks. This 3200 MHz RAM may "bridge" to run at 2666 MHz: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp/pavilion-24-k0034-all-in-one, and: https://www.mrmemory.co.uk/memory-ram-upgrades/hp/pavilion-all-in-one/24-k0034?srsltid=AfmBOor18LoE2....
Looking at HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-k0xxx Users here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-Pavilion-All-in-One-24-k0xxx/197466, some of the best running RAM options are:
2x32GB Micron 16ATF4G64HZ-2G6B4
2x16GB Micron 16ATF2G64HZ-3G2J1
2x16GB Crucial CT16G4SFRA32A.C16FR

Sorry, I didn't address your graphics card upgrade question -that's an important one, especially for creative work like Paint Shop Pro.
Unfortunately, your HP Pavilion 24-k0034 All-in-One PC comes with integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630, which is part of the CPU (Intel Core i5-10400T). In All-in-One (AiO) systems like yours, there’s typically no option to upgrade the graphics card, because:
The system lacks a dedicated GPU slot (no PCIe x16 or MXM slot),
The internal design is compact and often doesn't allow for standard GPU form factors or heat dissipation.
What You Can Do:
If Paint Shop Pro is running okay but you want better performance, consider:
Maxing out RAM (which you're already exploring -great move),
Switching to an SSD if you're still on a hard drive (a big speed boost),
External GPU (eGPU) -possible in theory via Thunderbolt/USB-C with an eGPU enclosure, but your model likely lacks Thunderbolt support, so this route is likely not viable.
For more serious graphics needs, your best long-term option would be a desktop with a discrete GPU, or a laptop designed for creative professionals.
Still, let me know what version of Paint Shop Pro you’re using -I can check its system requirements and see if there are specific tweaks or optimizations that could help.

Thank you so much for your help! I'd really love to use the max ram. Do you know if crucial would take back the 32gb ram if my pc won't support it? I was jus wondering. I didn't want to buy it and maybe be stuck with something that won't work. Again thank you!

Personally, I would buy RAM via Amazon, so in the off chance it doesn't work, you'll have the confidence that you can return it and get your money back.
However, if you were to purchase your RAM directly via Crucial, they should honor their 2x32GB RAM claim unconditionally.
