Fortunately mine was under extended warranty and despite 3 trips to repair centre, where they replaced motherboard memory problems still persistent so they gave me an exchange

You were fortunate to have chosen to get an extended warranty. 

Anyone reading this post will at least learn that the motherboard is likely to culprit when their AIO locks up/freezes at random times and that it can be frustrating and time consuming to diagnose and costly to repair.
