Product: HP Pavilion 590-P
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Pavilion 590-P0050 which does not power on. I have 12V on each of the 4 pin connectors. I don't find anything on the 7 pin P2 connector. Does anyone know what should be present on the 7 pin connector for ATX 1? (only actually has 3 wires)

The HP 590-p0050 has a  Lincs motherboard shown here. The inline 7 pin connector (white) is rear "fan" power.

The 590-p0020 has a Sunflower board, and the same inline 7 pin (labeled).

Only difference is the p0050 is Intel, the p0020 is AMD.
