Product: Pavilion 590-p0032

Hey all,

Any chance I can install a SATA hard drive in this PC?  I'm starting to think it only supports SSD?   I have an old SATA drive to use, if it is compatible, what cables do i need?      If it can't support SATA, what type of drive should I be looking to buy?

(Looking for a permanently mounted drive, not connecting via USB or externally)

I see that you have DVD Drive and hard drive if you do not want the DVD drive you can replace it with the SATA Drive.

 

Refer to this link: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05934592 and check Page no 7.
