I'd like to know my desktop possible to upgrade gpu? gt730 ddr5 2gb to gtx1650 ddr5 4gb

I am not a HP employee.
The 310 watt power supply in your PC meets the minimum 300 watt requirement for a base 1650.
Just make sure the specific card you buy runs on 300 watts. Verify the length of the new card fits in your PC.
You need to disable Secure boot and enable Legacy support (Link) in the BIOS before installing the new graphics card. It is also a good idea to uninstall the current graphics driver before installing the new card.
