Hi all!

I have an older HP Pavilion 595-p0049 desktop, I5 8400, 8g ram and 180 W powersupply.

Has anyone put in a video card that will work with the 180 w supply?

If so, what did you use and how did it work out?

Thanks

Fixit

Hi:

While I haven't done it myself, a Nvidia GT 1030 might work.

It only has a 30W power draw.

You can also opt for the less powerful NVidia GT 710 which has a 19W power draw.

Will a GT 1030 work with a 180W PSU? : buildapc (reddit.com)
