Hi! I have an hp pavilion gaming pc. I am looking to upgrade my psu, RAM, and my gpu. I saw a video on YouTube where he talked about upgrading this pc where he mentioned a list of products that will work with the sunflower motherboard. He said that the Hyperx fury ram sticks would work with the pc, and that a gtx 1660 ti also would work. But about the psu he said you need to buy a new specific one from hp themselves. Is it true that these products will be compatible and where will I find a new psu? (Looking for a 500w). Would love to hear on this.

The HP 690 is called a series number. Then comes the exact model number. That would be needed to discuss RAM, as RAM is specific to the motherboard and configuration.
I am linking my spreadsheet on the PSU and some GPU variations. The max is a 500W model HP L05757-800.
