hp Pavilion 800 keyboard and mouse
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Hey Everyone,

 

Have been having trouble to connect all of my 'gadgets'. So I have a Macbook that I connected to a HP Pavilion monitor and i also got a wireless mouse and keyboard. Te mouse connected without a problem but the keyboard has been a bit more complicated.. It is on and connected but only certain keys will work (the volume, brightness etc. Only a couple of Fkeys work but the letters etc i still have to typ from my MAcbook... How do i fux this? 🙂 🙂 🙂

Have you tried using the keyboard on a Windows PC?

 

If it works fine on Windows, it could be a compatibility issue with Mac

If it has issues with Windows too, then it could be a hardware issue.

Hello!

I have a similar problem.

The mouse works fine, but only a few multimedia keys and the alt button work on the keyboard.
On Windows, the kit works well.

I'm using Mac OS Mohave 10.14.6 (18G95)

There is a solution?
