Hi,
I've got a new (few weeks old) HP AIO, with a wireless keyboard and mass (sleek white units - keyboard is model TPC-0002K I believe.
Has worked fine for the last few weeks, but in middle of today keyboard stopped working (i.e. pressing keys does nothing on screen) - no apparent cause identifiable.
Mouse works fine, wired keyboard used as replacement and works fine.
Can't find any plug in USB dongles to check, presume this is internal in the unit
Replaced batteries twice (inc with a set that work in another device fine) - only thing noticeable is when batteries changed the caps lock light glows for a few seconds.
Run all the updates and driver check type utilities
Rebooted computer.
But still doesn't work.
Advice to resolve very welcome!
Thanks
Richard
