I currently have 16GB of memory in my Pavilion Desktop and would like to double that, or even upgrade to 48GB...
The memory consists of 2 - 8GB DDR3L / DDR3 1600MHz (DDR3L-1600) PC3L-12800 / PC3-12800 Non-ECC Unbuffered 1.35V/1.5V CL11...
I want to know if there anything that would prevent me from being able to use DDR5 6000MHz (or 5600MHz or 5200MHz or 4800MHz) memory kits? And if not what memory would be compatible?

Unfortunately, you have only provided the most general of identification.
TP01-0xxx is just not sufficient to help you with your request.
There are two platforms within the model series and one is Intel and the other is AMD.
When you do not identify your desktop or laptop PC, you tie our hands behind our backs.
When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line in the system summary list on the right hand side is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your deskktop PC/notebook.

Much better. Thanks.
You own an HP Pavilion TP01-0050nl desktop PC.
The maximum installed memory will be 32 GB.
Here is a source for guaranteed compatible memory.

You do know that marking your reply to a question that I provided an answer to at your request is a horrible way to say thanks.
