The Reno motherboard only has support for one M.2 NVMe SSD and one M.2 Wi-Fi adapter.
Both of those slots are occupied already.
When you look at the motherboard specs, you have to assume you are looking at a bare motherboard with nothing installed.

You're very welcome.
Looking at an eBay listing of the motherboard your PC does have two SATA ports and if if doesn't come with a DVD drive you can connect a 2 TB 2.5" SATA SSD drive in the SATA 1 port, which I assume is the light blue one.

What I don't know is if there is any special mounting hardware needed to mount the SSD or if the SATA power and data cables are included with your PC since it only came with a 512 GB NVMe SSD.
The parts list for the model series does have the part numbers for the SATA power and data cables.
You can probably find those cables for sale on eBay if your PC is missing them.
There are two types of power cables, so you have to look at the motherboard to see which one it needs.
