Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have an HP Pavilion 570-p0xx with an intel core i3 7100 and 8 GB of ram with a gt 1030. I upgraded it to a 430 watt Thermaltake power supply but the fan started making noise so I switched back to the PSU that came with it (180 watts). Everything went fine in the process, but then when I pressed the power button, the fans ramped up for half a second and the power button LED did not light up. I pressed it again, this time absolutely nothing happened. I double-checked any loose cables and reinstalled the power supply, to no avail. Weirdly, I tried to use the 430-watt one that I removed due to obnoxious noise, and not even that worked. I even tested it without my GT 1030, with only a type of 30 watts, nothing. I performed the paper clip test on both power supplies, both work, and the HP one lights a green LED when the power cord is plugged in. I suspect it's the motherboard. Am I wrong? If I am then what is it? If I am not how can I fix my motherboard? Please help, I am desperate. I can add any photos if needed. From my understanding, the mobo is the HP Lubin 82f2 motherboard.
