The graphic card is not recognizeable ( NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 ).
Context:
I've owned the PC for 4 years, and I did a windows update which led to a black screen. I sent it to the computer store to be repaired. It was repaired and the computer can now start-up, but the graphic card is not recognizeable ( NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 ).
I've tried downloading the graphic driver although NVIDIA says it can't detect a graphic card. I've re-installed the graphic card to the motherboard too, with no success. Please advise any other suggestions. I feel like I've tried everything.

Just an FYI: depending on the brand and model number of the graphics card, most require an additional power connection besides the slot - using a 6 or 8 pin power connection. Did you also do that?
I'm not an HP employee.
