Hello, I would like to ask you a question, is it possible to change the processor in the HP Pavilion Gaming TG01-2065ur computer to, say, Ryzen 5 5600X or Ryzen 7 5700X?

The best processor you can install would be the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G.
