Hello, @CNemo2017.

 

The video card in your link should be great for your computer.  It states in the specifications that it requires a 300W or larger PSU.  I have seen many posts on the Forums that say these cards work fine with the 300W PSU.  However, a few have stated otherwise.  Of course, we don't know if their computers were stock like yours.

 

As for EVGA's cards working with UEFI and Legacy BIOS, I don't know what to think.  It may be that they have included a VBIOS that works with both or added a switch to change modes.  They are the experts on their cards.
