HP Pavilion wireless keyboard 600 Function keys

I need to be able to use the function keys frequently and in all practicality can't keep having to hold the FN key each time I need to use them. There has to be a way to toggle or shut the special keys off, is there??

Based on the response to view ratio, I'm assuming I missed something, and that the answer is no.

Gotta make a mental note to not waste money on HP products anymore; Why a company would make a keyboard that has no option to circumvent the function key shortcuts when there are millions of reasons to do so is beyond me. 50 dollars down the drain.
