Please hit Num lock key first and use Pg Up/Down. It will stay until you hit Num Lock key again.

Regards.

Sorry.  I didn't realize there really were numeric keypads.  i'm close to 80 yrs old and not up on the new stuff.  What I'm interested in--the key pad to the right of the alpha keys on computer keyboard.  Mine has placed the pg up, pg dn, end , home, all the arrows on the numerals.  I don't know how to use them.  Do I turn the num lock off or what?  I really would appreciate some help.  TIA

Yes, you are correct.  Turn off Num Lock when you want to use them, then turn back on.
