Recently, my HP Pavillion 23-h060xt has experienced an issue when trying to power on. I had unplugged the power cord from the desktop for quite a while and then I went to plug it back in and after pressing the power button, it wouldn't turn on. I've tried multiple solutions, such as unplugging the power cord and pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds for a hard reset. I have also tried using a different power cord with the same amount of voltage as the one that came with my desktop. The light on the power cord illuminated, but it still refused to power on. I'm looking for some advice on how to solve this problem. Do I need to take it to a repair shop?
