HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-a250na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I followed the Memory installation guide on the HP site to remove the cover for my HP Pavillion AiO 24 and it says to remove the cover you need to remove the two screws at the bottom of the casing under the B&O speaker (after the stand is removed). But these screws don't come out - just go round and round and am worried that the screws are designed to push the case out of frame rather than just come straight out as per the instructions. The screws aren't pushing the frame out anymore so a bit stuck on what to do next. Thanks, Tom
