Hello, I had a question regarding a product I'm trying to install to my computer. I'm looking at an Elgato 4K60 Pro MK2 which is a video capturing device. However, the requirements to install it to the motherboard is that my computer would need the following:

  • PCIe physical slot size: x4/x8/x16
  • PCIe bandwidth: PCIe 2.0 x4

Now looking at these specs on my computer which my model number is (TP01-2234), it shows that my desktop has an expansion slot of 2 M.2; 1 PCIe x16; 1 PCIe x1. So considering the capture device will work in a x16 lane, would this product be compatible to my device and how would you go about install it? Any feedback would be so much appreciated, thank you.

Your best option is to contact Elgato's Tech Support to see if they can help you.  They are the experts on their products.
