I would imagine that your desktop is no longer under warranty, so HP is not going to give you anything, I'm afraid. Besides, they don't have this front bezel part in stock anymore. I checked.
As per HP PartSurfer, the part you need has p/n: L71040-001 "Bezel - Front Bezel, NSV w/o dummy ODD bezel, Holmes":
Occasionally this part is for sale via eBay Stateside, but not at the moment.
