Pavillion TP01 2234

Hello I want to upgrade my ram and I cannot identify the screw types on the back of this computer to take it apart. I thought they had a star-ish shape but it looks like it's just a circle and I cannot open it with the kit I have.  Doesn't appear I can post an image here, but if I need to I'll make an account to post a link to what I'm looking at h.

The screw should be a T15 Torx.

But a flathead screwdriver should work.

No sir, not regular screws at all. I had to buy a screw kit but it appears none of them fit this, there doesn't appear to be anything for it to grip to turn it. Here's what I'm looking at. Computer is practically new, been meaning to add an other stick for a few months just haven't had time.

Guess I can't even post a link from imgur here to show you what I'm looking at. What a stupidly useless forum rule.

I don't know what that is. It sort of looks like a rivet.

The internal structure is circular. How the heck would you remove this? Nothing to grip onto.

There should be one torx screw securing the left side panel to the rear of the case. The left panel then slides back and away from the case.

The opposite right side panel is not removable.

Regards
