Atualmente possuo uma HP Prime e recentemente acabei perdendo o cabo de carregamento da calculadora. Desde então, estou tentando encontrar uma forma de adquirir um novo cabo ou entrar em contato com algum suporte autorizado da HP no Brasil, porém não estou conseguindo localizar informações claras nem canais de atendimento que realmente funcionem.

Gostaria de saber se alguém da comunidade já passou por esse problema e conseguiu encontrar um cabo compatível ou algum suporte confiável no Brasil. Qualquer indicação de loja, assistência técnica ou alternativa compatível já ajudaria bastante.

I currently own an HP Prime calculator and recently lost its charging cable. Since then, I have been trying to find a way to purchase a replacement cable or contact authorized HP support in Brazil, but unfortunately I have not been able to find clear information or working support channels.

I would like to know if anyone in the community has experienced a similar issue and managed to find a compatible cable or reliable support in Brazil. Any recommendations for stores, technical assistance, or compatible alternatives would be greatly appreciated.
