HP Prime Graphing Calculator

Hello! I have a problem with my HP Prime G2, and apparently I'm not the first one on the forums. The problem in question started when I turned on my calculator and it showed me critically low battery, I connected it via USB and left it charging, after a few hours I wanted to use it and noticed that it wasn't responding to the physical keys, only the touchpad, but then I noticed that it did respond to some keys as if I was continuously pressing the On power key, basically because if I press for example the plus (+) key the screen brightness goes up, and with the subtraction key the opposite happens, if I press the symb key it restarts, all commands that are accessed by holding On and pressing the corresponding keys seem to work, Shift and Alpha also work, but you can't turn it off with Shift + On. The screen is stuck on "system configuration," and I can navigate through the multiple pages with the touchpad and open options, but nothing, and the Esc key takes me to test mode. I've already tried updating the firmware from the HP Connectivity Kit and nothing, I've tried restoring to an older firmware (.rar) and nothing. Logically, since it doesn't detect most of the physical keys, I can't enter recovery mode or the classic F+C+O combination. If I reset with the back button, it restarts at the same startup configuration screen and nothing else. I deduced that the On button was physically stuck, so I opened the calculator, cleaned the Flex that connects to the keyboard, and put it back together, and nothing. I ran a test leaving the Flex disconnected from the keyboard, connected it via USB, and it booted up in the same place, so I highly doubt the keyboard is the problem. I'm honestly out of ideas. I'd like to know if anyone else has had the same problem here and was able to fix it.
My exact problem is in this thread, but apparently no one has offered a valid solution:

Sorry for my poor English, and thank you very much in advance!

Hard Reset

Hold the back button for 20-30 seconds to reset the calculator.

Charge Fully

Let the calculator charge completely, then try turning it on again after a few hours.

Try a Different USB Port

Use a different USB port or charger to make sure it’s getting enough power.
