HP Pro Mini 400 G9 - INTEL AMT vPRO via http: Port 16992

Hello, 

initial vPRO AMT setup of
HP Pro Mini 400 G9

I pressed F6

I entered admin

I entered the new Password

I pressed ESC or F10

I pressed Y or Z for YES

+ PC was restared

I tried from a different pc to open 

http://192.168.66.22:16992 but notthing happend

Any Idea was was wrong?

try connecting using real vnc's viewer plus application also vpro can be configured for  various ports
