Hi I'd like to upgrade the processor of my pc , with model of INTEL® CORE™ i7-6700. Can I use any modl of processor K or T as well? is it compatible ?

Yes, an i7-6700K is compatible with your HP ProDesk 400 G3 SFF as verified here: HP ProDesk 400 G3 SFF Performance Results - UserBenchmark.  The i7-6700K is the best/fastest processor that you could choose for your desktop, and the one I would recommend.  Mind you, the i7-6700K (TDP = 91 watt) runs considerably hotter than an i7-6700 (TDP = 65 watt).

 

And yes, the "T" processor versions are also compatible with your desktop, such as the i7-6700T as seen here: HP ProDesk 400 G3 SFF Performance Results - UserBenchmark.

And lest I forget, if you go with the 91-watt TDP i7-6700K processor, you want to upgrade your CPU heatsink/cooling fan combo with this high-performance combo with HP p/n: 810281-001:
