I've seen a few mentions of using a higher wattage power supply for the HP ProDesk 400 G6 Mini other than the 65-watt original one and that this might help with the all-core boost issue I've had. Can someone tell me which is the appropriate power supply upgrade. I found a HP 90 watt at 19v on ebay that looks like it has the correct plug.

Thanks for any advice.

You are correct that using a larger charger could help you get better performance.

What you need for your  HP ProDesk 400 G6 Mini is either a 90-watt charger, or better still, a 120-watt charger, such as this eBay-US purchase example (please look for an Australian purchase equivalent if interested): https://www.ebay.com/itm/266600263691?hash=item3e129d300b:g:FXYAAOSwr-RllwuP&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAAwH....

Btw, this 120-watt power supply (with HP p/n: L57117-001 "SKO-120W SLIM ADPTR, PFC SMART 7.4mmx5.0mm, black tip") is referenced in HP PartSurfer for one of the HP ProDesk 400 G6 Mini models.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
