Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, I have just purchased an HP Prodesk 400 G3 SFF from ebay. This PC comes with a displayport port on the back. If I plug a displayport to HDMI cable in to connect the PC to a TV Monitor with an HDMI input, will sound come through the cable and into the TV?PC.jpg

Additional to this.....I took delivery of a Displayport to HDMI cable which I bought off ebay and it works! Sound and HD graphics now sorted on my Samsung full HD display. This info may be usefull to people like me who have never used displayport before. I was going to buy a graphics card with an HDMI output. Glad I tried this first.
