I am having an issue with my work computer and have limited functionality to solve the problem. I tried updating the HP S73 Firmware but it’s stuck in kind of a loop. I’ve restarted the computer many times but it’s still displaying an error. The code is Code 14, but when I restart the computer to solve that code it does nothing.

 

In the Device Manager the device has an exclamation point on it.

Okay, I've solved it by downloading and installing the firmware update directly from HP.
