This behavior is completely unacceptable from a company of such magnitude.

Bought an HP Shareboard only in December 2023. 
Tried to connect it. 
The Shareboard ONLY works through the HP Shareboard Cloud Service... which HP decided to take down without taking into account the customers who had bought the shareboard nor taking care of providing an alternative solution, or workaround. 

 

The Cloud Service seems to have been taken down in 2022 but they still are selling through various sellers the product. 

Completely unacceptable.

This is so stupid. Several shops sell these Shareboards, so I ordered one in January 24. However, though the product seems great in functionality, the cloud server appears to be offline.

Why doesn't HP mention this on the website? Why do I have to search so many websites to discover this. 

 

Especially cute is that when HP asks for my serial number, it replies that this serial number doesn't excist. How stupid is this?????????
