Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, 

I bought at Office Depot in Orlando a external ssd P600 from HP, but when I plug in a Windows laptop its doesn't work.

I plug it on and execute the BwinTools.exe, and then the software ask me to create a password and encrypt, but when I type a password and do the power-cycle a time, nothing happens, I plug it again and so I need to inform a password that I had create before, but nothing happens, and I don't get save any files on device.

 

Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?
