Hello.
I bought this last year and was using it well.
But it doesn't work anymore.
It's not recognized by the Bios and the main board.
It is also not recognized on the computer of a co-worker
I'd like to get it repaired, can you help me?
I send the contents to the email address listed in the product manual, but I don't get a reply.
And even though I try to register my product here, my serial number is not recognized.
Please help me.

Welcome to HP support community.
This seems to be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
