Product: Hp Pavillion P7 1147 cb
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 1 TB Simple Save external hard drive. I am now aware that this drive is not compatible with Windows 10, but it HAS been working with Windows 10 until just over a month ago. The drive itself appears to be working, but is not recognized, and I cannot see it in the device manager. I am kind of in panic mode right now...what can I do to recover the data on this drive?
