I get a message from HP Support Assistant that there is a Bios update but when I try to update it says that it is an older version, I've gotten this message 3 times now, there is an option to download the Bios update to a USB drive, but why if it's an older version.

Hi @Alex-00
I would ignore or disable the HPSA BIOS update if it is an older version. HPSA sometimes pushes unnecessary BIOS updates to client PCs.
HP generally prevents BIOS version rollbacks on HP consumer PCs. The BIOS update would probably fail if it is an older version.
