When I go to use HP Support to look for updates in just 2 seconds it's done looking and states I'm good, it used to that like 30 seconds to check. Also I have now have 14 driver updates that failed to load, what's up Doc's.

Hi,

Is there an option for event log? (On the Support Tool) You could try to re-install those if applicable.

You could try re-installing the software. I've also noticed on newer versions of Windows 10 some driver's are being pulled through on general updates and therefor will fail if it already exists. Overall I would reccomend just uninstalling and installing the software again and this should allow you to install any new ones.

Here's the installation link:

Thanks,
