I just purchased a brand new V22 motor and (pictured) is all I received, there was no stand and I have no idea how to set this up, am I missing one or more components?

Please check parts on User Guide from the following link. Do you have a Quick Setup on the box ?

From your photo, looks like the something is not in the box. Please return it and get a different box.
