Hi @HCSInfo
Welcome to HP Support Community!
We noticed that this thread hasn't had any updates in a while since your original post; while this is rare, we didn't want this post to remain unanswered, so, here's the solution to your query. We hope it helps you and everyone viewing this post 😊
You're definitely not alone—this keyboard layout has tripped up plenty of folks! The HP Wired Desktop 320K Keyboard doesn’t label the Print Screen key in the traditional way, which makes it easy to miss.
Here’s how to take a screenshot with it:
🖼️ To capture the entire screen:
- Press Fn + End (PrtSc)
The End key doubles as the Print Screen key—look closely and you’ll see a small “PrtSc” label on it.
This copies the full screen to your clipboard. You can then paste it into Paint, Word, or an email using Ctrl + V.
🪟 To capture just the active window:
- Press Alt + Fn + End (PrtSc)
✂️ For more control (like selecting a portion of the screen):
- Press Windows + Shift + S
This opens the Snip & Sketch tool, letting you drag to capture exactly what you want.
Let me know if you’d like help saving screenshots as files or setting up a shortcut that works better for you. You’re asking a smart question—this keyboard just likes to keep things subtle!
