HP Wireless Elite V2 Keyboard
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently purchased this keyboard.

 

Unfortunately I've been having issues with it from the very beginning. Randomly cuts out and I'm unable to type at all for 30/40 seconds. Alternatively some of the keys I had pressed might show up a minute later.

I've tried multiple different USB ports and disconnecting other wireless devices. Not a battery issues as they are brand new as well. 

Keyboard is about 30cm away from USB port, so I highly doubt its a distance issue either. 

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns

 

Have you tried this Keyboard with other computers or Notebooks to ensure it's not an issue coming from the computer?

 

If the issue persists with other computers, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

Same issue. Tried multiple machines and now this is second keyboard as well.

HP 600 G5 i7/1TBSSD (Upgrade)

HP 800G4 i7/1GB

HP 260G2 i3/256SSD

All WIndows 10 Pro.

Native drivers or HP drivers reveal no status change

Keyboard is 2 feet from receiver in direct line of sight

Same issue, 2 different keyboards

Adding that "HP wireless troubleshooting" page is useless. Issue with either hardware or software.
