HP Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 200 & HP Pavilion desktop PC 570 P-0
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the  problem with the keyboard.  I bought this several  months ago to use with a new HP desktop PC.  The HP keyboard replaces a well used, but now worn,  Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse.  The HP set is not currently fit for purpose as it constantly (disconnects?) stops working and I have to take the battery out and put it back in to resolve the issue. It happens almost very 10 minutes and is very annoying.  No problem like this with the old Logitech keyboard.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Was the previous keyboard also wireless or a bluetooth one?

Did you try connecting this keyboard to another PC to check if the issue happens with that? Did you try swapping the battery?

Let us know 🙂

Thanks!

Thank you for the response.  Batteries in keyboard have been replaced.  I will try it with another computer, my wife has a Dell laptop. Existing keyboard is wireless, but does not rely on direct Bluetooth.
