Hey there! @RisavSarkar2305,

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!

I understand when you have issues using the wireless mouse on your PC.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Have you tried checking with a new set of batteries?

Does the issue persist while using a USB mouse?

As you mentioned the wireless mouse keeping freezing and skips sometimes while using.

Try updating the windows and BIOS on your PC to the latest version.

Connect the USB receiver to a different USB port on your PC and check if it the issue persists.

If the issue persists try Re-syncing the keyboard and mouse connection for receivers.

In the search box type devices and printer, open devices and printer select the wireless mouse which you want to make it as default.

Right-click on the wireless mouse and select set it as default. Now check if you get the same error.

If the issue still persists uninstall the wireless mouse from device manager and check if it helps.

1.Using the search box on the taskbar, search for and open Device Manager.

2.In the Device Manager window, double-click mice and other pointing devices, right-click the name of the wireless mouse and then select uninstall.

3. Restart your PC.

The drivers should automatically get installed once you restart your PC.
