Greetings,
Is it possible to obtain the pinout for the HP Z2 G4 power supply P1 and P2 connectors? Ideally something like this would be most helpful: [Content Removed]
Thank you

I think you have P2 incorrect
7 pin connector pins 1,2,3,4,5,6,7
to ATX PS pins 0,0,19,16, 8, 0, 15
In reality, (search fixandtech on you tube) you only need to connect ATX PS to pins 5 and 7 and put an on/off switch between ATX PS pins 16 and 19. Standby mode won't work without adding a relay but that's it.

Mr moderator, are you aware the link I provided regarding z240 pinouts which you deleted was directly to an HP support page?

I am close to figuring out the P1 and P2 motherboard pinouts for the Z2 G4 which I'm happy to share unless that is somehow not allowed. Ran out of time to confirm but it looks like P2 is
Pin 1: Red - Fan cmd
Pin 2: White - Fan speed
Pin 3: Black - RTN
Pin 4: Green - PS On
Pin 5: Gray - Pwr OK
Pin 6:
Pin 7: Black - RTN

After much research, it appears I have found the solution.
To use a standard ATX power supply with the Z2 G4 motherboard:
P1: standard 4 pin ATX 12v
P2: 7 pin connector with pinouts as above.
P3:standard 4 pin ATX 12v

If I'm understanding you correctly, you could make the following connections:
1. ATX-12V Pins 1,2,3,4
to ATX-Power Supply Pins 3, 15, 10, 11
2. 7-Pin connector Pins 1,2,3,4,5,6
to ATX-Power Supply Pins 0,0,16, 8,19,18
3. Second ATX-12V Pins 1,2,3,4
to ATX-Power Supply Pins 5, 17, 10, 11
(such that the two ATX-12V connectors share Pins 10 & 11)
