Hi Can you tell me the part number for the card reader for the HP Z2 G9 SFF. The manual and online only states that it takes the optional "Media Card Reader 4.0". I don't want to purchase the wrong one. I would like the one that fits the small single slot accessible from the front
Many Thanks
Scott R

Amazon and B&H Photo see them as advertised to fit the Z4 workstations. If the item recieved does not fit you can return it.

Hi Erico
Yes I saw that one. I don't believe it will fit, the screw configuration is different. There's a video on youtube from HP showing them installing/removing the card reader on the Z2 G9 SFF and it is different, the screws are in opposite corners. I understand that the Z2 stands for SFF so it would at least have to fit an earlier Z2 model.
Thanks Scott

You are going to have to make Google search your best friend.
HP did not make finding it easy.
" Z2 stands for SFF"
Sorry, No.
Z2 is a desktop workstation model designation
SFF stands for Small Form Factor.
