Product: HP Z3700 Wireless Mouse
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought an HP Z3700 Wireless Mouse from Amazon in May 2022. A few months later the left click became defective.

When I try to register my device on the HP Support Center, it shows "Invalid serial number". I have tried it several times but it just doesn't work. It's the exact Serial Number written on the back of the mouse.

Can someone please help so I can avail the warranty and get it replaced?
