Z3700 Wireless Mouse
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi

it is possible that a receiver is out of service

Remove the batteries from both mouse
, for a minute
connect the faulty receiver to one of the two computers
Only replace the batteries in one of the two mouse
Press the connect button for a few seconds
See if it works or not
