HP Z4 G4 Workstation IDS Base Model

I installed an AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT for gaming into my HP Z4 G4(with an Intel Xeon W-2145). Doing so caused many problems for my PC. After doing so, I first encountered a BIOS error, stating that the computer can't detect the front chassis fan. I later found out that this fan is an additional fan that is recommended to be installed after installing an additional graphics card. I'm holding off buying such a cooler for now. I downloaded the AMD drivers (and deleted my old ones), and then started playing games without many problems. I could see that, when I opened Microsoft Edge, everything looked really grainy and pixelated. Hours later though, the real issues started coming up. Whenever I stop using my PC during the day, I log out of my computer and resume my tasks later on. At night, I shutdown the PC itself. Whenever I log out of my computer and set it to idle now, it never wakes back up. My monitor flickers a bit, switched to HDMI and Analog back and forth, and then gives up. I am then forced to unplug my PC and plug it back in. Also, I realized that whenever I DO plug my pc back in, half the time my computer won't even respond to my keyboard and mouse, needing me to unplug them and plug them back in somewhere else. I don't know if these two issues are related or not. If I can't fix these issues, then I will return the graphics card and replace it with the old one. If the issues are fixed, then I'll buy the cooler. I really don't want to waste my money here.
