Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I have HP Z240 Workstation Tower PC, I am facing an issue of windows time changing whenever I start my pc after shutdown, Even I have replaced CMOS Battery cell but the issue remains same. My system Bios is 1.90. please help me about this issue.
