HP Z420 Base Model Workstation

I currently have E5-1650, 8x8 GB DDR3 1600 installed. Everything works fine.

After installing E5-2690 V2, the computer starts but the graphics card does not display an image.

After a minute, the fans come on at maximum speed. Nothing turns on. I tried on 2 different HP420, the effects are the same. I have the latest bios installed. I tested the processors on 2 identical computers.

Włożyłem też inny procesor E5-2697 V2 i jest taki sam efekt.
1. Czy to możliwe że 2 procesory są uszkodzone?
2. Czy przy wersji E5-2690 V2 trzeba coś przestawić?
3. Czy pierwsze pokolenie Z420 obsługuje  E5-2690 V2?
4. Czy to może mieć wpływ że pamięci są 1600?
